   I knew it from the start that Madara and Kisame had a connection, and that Madara was controlling Yagura from behind the scenes. Cool chapter, it sheds light on Kisame’s past and and exemplifies what can of person he is and a purpose for what he is fighting for.

   …Wow, pretty surprising. I’ve been wondering about Kisame’s past, so it’s nice to finally see it. He was wiling to kill his own teammates and master. (That guy looked like a tiger shark to me…) The extents he was willing to go to, though, are amazing. Although, again we’re so close to seeing Madara’s true face and yet we don’t. His code of honor is pretty surprising, though. I didn’t even know he had a code like that.

   With all the suspense in this chapter and the cliffhanger, I’m glad Naruto isn’t taking a four-week break any time soon.

   I thought opening the gates came with great physical injuries later on. Guy looks completely fine after opening 7 gates. Did Kishi forget?

   Hmmm, we’re learning the backstory of Kisame, which probably means he’s not going to survive much longer. He’s surrounded by Killer Bee, Naruto, Guy, Yamato, and those other two… can’t escape all of them.

   Awesome ch. I should have seen the whole mind control thing though. I knew Yugura wasn’t evil. I really hope Gai doesn’t die and Naurto needs to stop flopping around with that hurt ankle of his. Can’t wait for next week. I don’t know what I’m gonna do when this story ends which I don’t think s very far off sadly.

   Awesome chapter, always love when they improve development on secondary characters 😀 *(and guy’s jutsu DAMN!)
   IMHO, im expecting a whole “madara was pulling the strings on the whole storyline” thing… As in having Danzou and Hanzou put together for “awakening the Rinnegan”, 3rd Ninja war, etc…

    at least kisame doesn’t look a lot like a total monster now that a brief background on him has been given. and guy’s good, but will he kill kisame now? btw, kisame’s facing bee, naruto, yamato, guy and the other two jounins…that’s a bit of a pinch there.

    i hope to see naruto training his “hiraishin” jutsu, if that’s indeed hiraishin.

    Don’t forget kisame is smart.
    compared to him, gai, bee, and naruto r idiots. yamato’s smart, but he has to work with a bunch of retards.and i’m sure gai can’t use the 7th gate again so soon either.
    kisame could still get away. (fingers crossed)
