@ Dr. Kabuto, i wasnt sure if it was the same or not, he gave it a different name when summoned, forget what, but still, my point is, did madara really plan for nagato to have rinnegan from a young age? thats the part thats confusing me lol

I said so.What I think is that each sharingan has it own powers
kakashi=his sharingan can take things to another dimension
itachi=sasono,amaterasu
and genjutsu

every sharingan user CAN use all the techniques, they just have to reach that level of skill. but whats unique is the eye variation, or design. one thing though i cant place is…I THINK, they can specialize in a skill or ninjutsu(ie madara using teleportation or that particular phase-through technique he has). any feedback from this? or it just may be an unknown technique not related to the sharingan.
