People het it right: Senju + Uchiha = Izanagi, Senju is not required for Rinnegan. EMS –> Rinnegan.

well i think that kyuubi recovers his chakra very fast so might be that the chakra which minato sealed, he might’ve recovered.
well i dont think that the 5 bijuus might win the first round. The only think that would happen is both bijuu damas will be equal.

BUt it was not drained, it was sealed away. So it is not retrievable.

@76 If you do not need senju for the rinnegan and basically the sharingan to get to the rinnegan, then whats the use of tobi having a sharingan and rinnegan in each eye?

@79 tobi doesn’t have the EMS. Ems evolves into rinnegan so he needs to have both..

he already used izanagi against konan and his eye didnt close..i dont think that will be the case with tobi

Well remember Tobi has all those sharingans in a lab somewhere so he can easily replace it.

It is clearly shown on the manga, that, for an Uchia to obtain the Rinnigan, it need’s senju DNA. That’s why the Real Madara, look’s into the inside of his shirt.
And yes, Tobi, did use izanagui against konan, and he did lost his eye, but like @84 say’s, he has an entire lab, full of uchia eye’s.
now, for a little speculation: I was thinking the other day- if the uchia murder, was planned by Tobi, and the attack of the Kyuuby was not a wasted move by Tobi? It’s like this Toby, for some reason, didn’t seal right away kyuuby in Gedo-Mazo. He for some reason, unleachit into the leaf, and engaged in battle the forth hokage, killing four birds with one stone. Destroy the uchia clan (a clan that could be troublesome for his plans, because of the genius and eyes powers, that could in fact stop him), criple the leaf, the most powerfull village, in Naruto universe, kill the forth hokage (that was married to an uzumaki, and a master of space-time jutsus, like the Second hokage was- plus we don’t know, if minato has ties to the Senju Clan yet that could be way he fear’s naruto the most) and reallese kyuubi into the wild, like was Sanbi (the tree tailed squirtel- that was seal inside Yagura the forth Mizukage), making easier to caught and seal it, after he seal away the rest of the bijuus. So what you guys think?

Somebody said that pain wasnt strong because he was defeated by sage mode but nagato had another weapon in his arsenal that madara doesnt have is gedo mazo he could have easely defeated naruto but instead he was inspired by him

You are wrong on quite some points.
The Senju DNA enhances your body, it is not a requirement for the Rinnegan.
As for your speculation, Itachi killed the clan, not Tobi with the fox. Second, the leaf is one of the major five, but according to the data books, only third in military might (the top two places go to Earth and Lightning). Furthermore he did not kill the Fourth, the fourth sacrificed himself to seal the Nine Tales in Naruto: Tobi had no reason to see this coming. Furthermore Tobi was visibily irritated when he lost control of the fox.
What you say also contradicts itself: in one hand you say the Nine Tales had to cripple the Leaf (which is true), yet on the other hand you say he had to realease him in the wild/ had to be sealed. Not very solid speculation…
