Neji was my favorite character D:’ Great chapter though. I think Naruto is gunna go all 9 tails mode after this happened, from his emotions.

People complained nobody was dieing now some shukaku inoichi neji theyre all dead i hope naruto goes on a rampage or something maybe some thing will change so the juubi isnt completly unstoppable

I never thought any of the Konoha 11 would die, and Neji of all people.
I think Naruto will tap into the little chakra given to him from the other tailed beasts and somehow take down the juubi.

So my question is at what point do we think obito is going to give himself up so that madara can become whole? like it is going to happen.

I don’t understand the logic behind obito dying to bring madara back to life.I mean pain brought a whole village back and then died and obito has to bring one person back to life and he has to die?even if we say that obito has suffered enormous chakra loss from the fight,we should keep in mind that pain destroyed the whole village even then he had enough chakra to bring everyone back…kishi logic I think.

Nagato was compatible since he was hooked up. I think it’s interesting how Obito is playing hard to get, making Madara his b**ch. Lol I truly believe Obito will not do a 180.

Everyone complained that no one was dying so Kishi killed of the most badass people in the Naruto world… Shikaku.. Inoichi.. Ao.. And now Neji…. ARE YOU HAPPY MANGA READERS, ARE YOU FREAKING HAPPY!?!?!?!

I dont think obito had/has any intention of dying for madara. Think about it, the whole point of him doing the infinite tsukuyomi was so that he can b reunited with rin, even if its just genjutsu, if he sacrafices himself then none of that will happen, and all his work would have been in vain. I think ever since nagato died obito abandoned the the plan of bringing back madara, hes probably going to betray him and make himself the ten tails host, and do the genjutsu himself

we all know somehow hes going to be resurrected. kishimoto likes to pull the dead/not dead crap every once in a while. even if neji does stay dead he was cool while he lasted. why didnt Tenten die? of all the characters…

@9 The reason why Obito will die after reviving one person is because he’s not part of the Senju lineage like Nagato, and does not possess two Rinnegan.
Jeezz, I leave this site for a few weeks, and people start sh*tstorming the moment a character dies!

For anyone who thinks Nejj will be resurrected think again. Compare Kakashi’s death to Neji’s and you will see what I mean.
Kakashi did not die in a grand way, his death was a bit more casual, though he was given time to give his final thoughts, he did not die visibly giving anyone a message–yes Choiji, but we didn’t SEE him give him a message as Jiraiya, the third, the fourth, Kushina, and Asuma did.
But for Neji, Neji gave Naruto a message, his curse mark dissolved, and a bird–twice showing his transcendence–was cut down in the air. i hate to admit it, but our dear Neji is dead.

The reason why Obito must sacrifice himself is simple, and was pointed out by Nagato himself: The Rinne Tensai can only be used if the user sacrifices their life.

Seriously, if that were to happen, I’d bet that the same people who are now complaining about Neji would all be complaining about the fact that nobody notable died…

I agree, people should make up their minds here for once. This is a war for F-sake! First everybody complains nobody important dies, now one of the Konoha 11 died and they’re like: Noo, Everyone but Neji! You got what you asked for so all of you: stop whining like some babies. -.-
Aside of that: Neji’s death is important. For all those that don’t have the brains to look for an underlying message: Neji passed his protecting role over Hinata on to Naruto. Hinata is seriously in love with Naruto, which Naruto is finally realising. This is the start (and confirmation) of Naru-Hina. So Naru-Saku-fans: Eat your F-ing heart out.

Yes the comments are back. And let me be the first to say I never complained about anyone dying/not dying in the war….i didnt mind Shikaku, Inoichi and Ao dying, but Neji was my favorite character….that broke my heart. @19 i agree this will jump-start the whole Naruto-Hinata relationship. I have a feeling that Obito will attack hinata next and Naruto will fly off his rocker.
As for Obito dying…since Obito knows he has Madara in a tight spot…dont u think that once the Juubi transforms again all hope for either side is lost? I mean granted Obito could become the Jinchuriki rather than Madara since technically he is infused with Senju DNA…thats the only thing that has been bothering me
