Not that much happened really until the end. And where did that ocean come from? Whens the rest coming out? I believe it is supposed to be two parts but this was not even an extended chapter.

@kross i thought that too but this was a normal chapter. The manga did come out a day early this week so maybe if we are lucky the naruto gods will give us another chapter tomorrow.

@Korss they call it a double-issue but it’s always just a regular chapter. Mangastream posted a pretty good explanation on facebook about this. stupid Golden Week!

From Mangastreams Facebook: There will be no chapters of Naruto, Bleach or One Piece next week because of Japanese holidays, period. Since Jump can’t publicize a magazine during that week, they label the mag of the previous week (this week’s for instance) as a ‘double issue’, since they keep count of each week’s issue of the year. There has never been a case that I am aware of in the past 7 years of my active participation in the community that we got 2 chapters of any of the bog 3 in a single week. There have been 3 chapters of FT in a single week, but none of the big 3. And this week doesn’t hold any big surprise either, the chapters you get today will have to last you till May 8th, when Jump is back.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe double issue doesn’t mean 2 issues. Just double the wait for one issue. I don’t think there’s ever been 2 issue come out consecutively in the same week. If the writer is on break then an issue will come out two weeks later. But if shonen is on break then we occasionally get a chapter a little earlier than 2 weeks. Like today for example

Wow we wait two weeks and now we are expected to wait another two weeks for the next issue and this is what we get :(. The build up is killing me. Nothing other than Naruto reaffirming his love and affection of his friends, and the arrival of the hokages will probably arrive in the next installment. Naruto is in desperate need of a breather. Maybe Hashi and the gang can provide him that.

I think we will finally get the explanations we so desperately need, like what happened with rin and how Madara survived death. Those are the revelations I’m looking forward in these coming issues. This chapter was such a teaser more weeks 🙁

@12 it was a teaser also madara face when he sense harisama was priceless. But ya hopefully we will finally be getting answers. Maybe (now this is just spectualtion) but what if now they cut off from the main battle and just focus on a brief kakashi obito fight in the other kamui demiension (spelling?) and after some fighting kakashi is like please tell me why u are doing this and obito is like because u killed rin ill stop if u give me a good reason for killing her after u promised to protect her. then another flash back in which kakashi gives his reason. Obito not satifised claims now he will never stop. goes back to main fight. just stuff i think of when im home sick XD

OMG guys ok who else would see this as a huge plot twist in the world of naruto. Madara and the first fight and due to his power increase from the rinnegan and the wood style gives him the edge he needs to finally beat the first hokage. In finally realizing his life long ambition he soul is set free from his body and he is able to die in peace. Because dont forget one of the ways to defeat an edo tensi is for them reach an emotional closure they werent able to reach in life. thoughts? opinions?

@16 yea so? all that did was make it so he is no longer bound to kabtuo. Remember what happened early on in the war with sasroi and sai older bro. They both reached emotinal closure and their souls were freeded.

sai older bro finally seeing sai pic and i forget what happened with sasori something about the next gen embracing his work living on forever or something. but both their souls were freed because they were able to witness something in death they were not able to in life.

@17 Im pretty sure Kabuto made the edo tensei seal stronger so that they can escape that way anymore. I think he did that after Sasori and some others dissapeared. Thats why he was using Anko i think

@19 well he did to make it so zabuza and haku couldnt do it and made their seal stronger. however with kabuto gone also madara cut his connection from kabuto anyways so wouldnt it be a normal strength seal now?

I have a feeling that both Obito and Kakashi will deal fatal blows to one another, before or after, the emotional flashback or conversation Kakashi will give, stating why he killed Rin. It would be a sad but good conclusion for them.

Hey what if the reason Kakashi killed rin was because she was spy for the hidden mist village. The mist ninja were trying to protect her body so it wouldn’t be taken. I think Madara set that whole thing up to make Obito side with him. Cause he needed a Uchiha to carry on with the work he started. Remember Madara was in charge of the mist village and rock village behind the scenes.

Obito was the one who led from behind the scenes and I only think it was the Mist village. That we know of right now at least.

@24 Yeah it was obito who was controlling the mist not madara and i have a bad feeling for kakashi i think naruto might face another great loss on his road to hokage. Not saying that kakashi cant take obito on i think hes still stronger and now that their in the same dimension obito can get hurt but i feel like he is going to let obito kill him

And i dont see the point to y killer bee needs narutos chakra cloak. He is the 8 tails he should b doing some serious damage out there not using narutos chakra for help hes the second strongest jinchuriki. This just doesn’t make sense

How is it that Obito and Minato did not have a connection on the same level as Kakashi and Obito? For the life they had together they had roughly the same connection.

This may increase the odds of Kakashi getting another Sharingan as well. If Kakashi, over the course of the battle, somehow manages to convince Obito he is wrong, I could see him giving Kakashi his eye. I don’t know what would make Kakashi give up his “good” eye though. Perhaps wanting to help/save Naruto and friends.

So I have a question. If obito is in the other dimension can he still become intangible? I know when he’s in the normal plane his body parts go to the other dimension, but what if he’s in that dimension? Do his body parts go to the regular plane? Or does he just stay tangible?

Honestly this chapter really pissed me off because i waited an extra week and while it isn’t my RIGHT to get anything i was just pissed off because a new chapter was promised after a weeks wait and then we just get some lame emotional crap we’ve seen since the beginning off naruto about how he cares and blah blah blah and then seeing sakura being useless YET again and just worrying irritates the hell out of me. The only sort of okay thing was kakashi and obito going to the kamui dimension.

@36 my guess would be that if he did try and become intanglibe his body part would be brought into the real world. Remember when he first abosrbed kakashi and while kakashi was in there he punched him in the stomach when naruto tried to attack him. So my guess is that while in the other place yes he can but the risk of something happening to him on the outside is probable

No he sends his body part to the other dimension so if he is in Kamui dimension he sends his body part to the real world. Unless proven otherwise that is the logical explanation.

I mean if u think about it nobody lives in the other dimension so he doesn’t have to worry about anyone attacking him fighting in the other dimension he has to be a lot more cautious about sending his body parts to the real world

Now that I think about it, it’s only logical that he can go both ways. Otherwise when kakashi used kamui on himself wen in the other dimension he would have just teleported himself back to that dimension not back to the battlefield.

No its not, its logical if he can teleport out of there on his own he can send his body parts out as well as sending them in.
Logical is things that are easy to believe like how a gun works the force of the bullet is in part sent back into the gun when fired, this is called recoil you feel that recoil every time you fire that gun the more you shoot especially handguns this feel disappears with time mostly because you learn how to handle it. And think a bit before you call someone a kid. Its not even remotely mature unless it is actually a child which I am not.
Now something stupid is running off a cliff with a 500 meter drop and expect to survive.
