I would like to introduce a new In Depth page here on the site, the Connections Guide. This guide will be replacing the Sensei Guide and amping it up about 100 times. It includes all manner of connections in the series: deaths, who loves who, lines of relation, etc.. Be warned, the area is marked with the Red spoiler level, meaning it includes spoilers through the most recent manga chapters!
I would like to give a big personal thanks to forum member Hattori Hanzo whose great art graces the guide. Everyone thank him! 🙂

It’s currently 1472 X 1286, that’s not small! 😉
Make sure you’re expanding it to its utmost size, some browsers may be shrinking it to fit your browser window height. Just hover your cursor over the image and it will give an expand option if that is the case.

That’s absolutely amazing! However, I found one thing that’s incorrect. Your chart states that Shizune is Tsunade’s apprentice. However, she’s only her attendant.

Actually the connection line is for “trained” which from what Tsunade has said in the past, seems to point to her training Shizune to some extent.

So far it seems Chiyo only was refering to one son. At some point after being killed by Sakumo, Sasori could have taken his body back and made him into a puppet.

I don’t quite understand the Sasuke and Ino part. On the red line, it shows Ino likes Sasuke, which I prefectly understand, but then there is another red line from Sasuke with a heart leading to Ino. Am I seeing this right? o__o;;

I don’t think so. The Love lines of Sakura and Ino converge to hit Sasuke. This was done to make it more simple. You start at the heart and go out. There is no heart starting at Sasuke.
