Good episode but poor filler, Kakashi and Itachi as a team make for a great combo but isn’t this really shifting the storyline a bit, Itachi was supposed to be an ANBU captain a very young age and Kakashi seriously feared him as a foe when Itachi made his initial debut.

Gai trying to join the Anbu seems kinda silly and yes he is DEFINITELY not suited for it, he shocked to see Itachi and kakashi stabs everyone’s necks to make sure they were all dead, ANBU are brutal, dang!

One thing – why did 13yo Kakashi had feminine voice and yet 11yo Itachi is as manly as ever?
