Complex? How??? I think this is great! Either there were Uchiha defectors during the massacre or this stems back all the way to Madara but sine Orochimaru is the Main villian for this, im opting that this guy is a clone of Itachi or Sasuke (most likely itachi) because of his idolization of the clan. So the akatsuki guy is some clone of some sort and has some crazed idea of the uchiha

The ninja world sure has developed quite a bit tech wise. In the span of about 12 years they went from using VCRs to laptops and most likely internet too.

I don’t think that’s a orochimaru experiment. Orochimaru want a set of sharigan for himself so he wouldn’t have survived long enough. I think groups of Uchiha left the main clan when madara took over in the beginning and then more left before the coup. think itachi may have found them while being a member of akatsuki. And they may have idolized itachi because of his skill and that’s why he hates sasuke.
