A note on the Chakra Guide, there is some information floating around on the Eight Gates about proteins, fat and feces… well it’s just that, feces. It’s some fan material which has been repeated ad nauseam on multiple sites and the Wiki. It’s not true and found its creation on a popular Naruto message board. Please don’t tell me to add it, it’s BS.

Also I’ve added a new Image Gallery, replacing the crap manual one I used in the past. Hopefully this will make it easier to update the pan images. If you know an episode with a good pan which you would like me to try and combine, go here. Please read the opening post in that thread before submitting your suggestion.
