i was right after all, that the toad sage will teach naruto like what they did with Jiraiya…
nice chapter…
about the other comments regarding pain’s new body, your can really speculate a lot regarding who that girl is.. it could be Rin (kakashi’s teammate) because she’s been missing ever since they were little kids…
and maybe she’s the one who has the power to “revive;” Pain’s other bodies during his fight with Jiraiya.. remember, Rin is a medical ninja…
it could not be naruto’s mom…
as far as i can remember, tsunade mentioned earlier that Kushina was from the Whirpool country..(im not that sure) but from the looks of the forehead protector of the new body, it looks like a nin from the the hidden rain village…
regarding the Hachibi, looks like Sasuke will beat him in no time..
remember that sasuke’s stronger than ever..
but i’m not sure if he can seal it within him.. it should be sealed with akatsuki’s summoning first.. and it would surely take a lot of time since this is a stronger bijuu (the more number of tails, the stronger it gets)..

Team Hawk looks awseome in Akatsuki outfits. Also an 8 tailed Octopus is wierd but a change of pace.

Naruto is finally going to learn new jutsu from Pa Toad. This will increase his skills dramaticly making him stronger than Sasuke.
Naruto should at least be promoted to chunin although after his training he should be a high jonin or kage lv in skill and power.

Why is everyone blabbering about hermit mode? All the pa-toad said is that he is going to train Naruto, he never said he was going to teach him hermit mode. Naruto isent as toad-styled as Jiraiya. If you ask me, the Pa-toad is going to introduce a whole new technique to the series…and Narutos goana learn it.

im hoping team hawk, minus sasuke, dies in the fight against the eight tails. they’re losers.
i still want sasuke to die, but id rather see it as a last minute change of heart/help naruto take down madara thing.

Firstly i do think the Hachibi is an octopus, mainly because you can see the suckers outlined. Secondly (and don’t quote me on this :P) I think Sasuke has Eternal MS as opposed to regular MS, not sure why as there is no proof but thats what i think 😛

All of the events must be able to give an explosive battle between Naruto and Sasuke. With every character attaining a new and higher level of ability, Kishimoto must give us a battle of epic proportions. However, I completely agree to some opinions about the partiality of this manga series towards Sasuke.
Konoha is sure to face a bloody war, and I have a strong feeling that more characters would eventually die 🙁
Kishimoto must be able to tie all the loose threads here, or else this manga series is going to be one heck of a waste.

This is so cool, what’s happening in the manga right now, but all that talk about the 8-tails being sealed in Sasuke is boloney because the akatsuki need it to rule.

so…sasuke’s really part of the rotten squad now? the team looks bad ass to me.
that’s right…with naruto’s current strength…he won’t stand a chance against pain’s malevolence. he should go right away with the toad sage because time is running out for all of them.
i have this feeling that by the time naruto will come back, konoha is majorly destroyed. but since he is the prophesized child (messiah)…he will win the tide.

I thought Tsukuyomi (forgive me if its spelled wrongly) is used with the left eye, but in this chapter, sasuke used it with his right, probably means it isn’t that technique… And whats with the random linkages about pain’s new body and naruto’s mom, stop being random!

Whoa! Sasuke wearing an Akatsuki cloak O-o;;
I’m still confused as to why Sasuke would join up with the Akatsuki. He doesn’t like people so why is he joining up with more people?
I hope Naruto learns a new jutsu soon and that he does have a face-off with Pein. Not too thrilled with Sasuke vs. the generic 8 tailed guy, so I hope that battle will be quick.

people say that naruto isnt as strong as sasuke mainly because all naruto uses is kage bunshin and rasengan (i didn’t include the wind version because hes only used that once). Sasuke has a whole assortment of techniques and he has battle smarts (meaning he uses ALL his weapons effectively). Him having the sharingan isn’t his fault, its his kekkai genkai so he should use it to its fullest. You don’t see Neji going in to battle without his byakugan…

There are differences between sheer raw power, skill level and experience. Jiraya was a skilled shinobi veteran. In the 4th Naruto movie remember what Neji stated to Naruto, Naruto hadnt changed much, and although he trained with Jiraya those years away from Konoha, that didnt mean he garnered the experience necessary for his growth as a shinobi. Neji stayed with the leaf and was able to progress through the ranks becomming a jounin. Even though he lost to Naruto, he was found to be a more than capable leader, thus giving confidence to the leaf leaders and elders to promote him thusly.
Naruto has still much to learn, however he will not lose to Sasuke. As far as his will and determination to succeed, Naruto has very little equal and is far stronger than Sasuke in this respect. Naruto will find a way to win. With the tools he has been given, his training with Pa Toad will go considerably faster than Jiraya’s. I really hope Kishi utilizes this in his training. It would only make sense. Will he get stronger than Jiraya? I think he already is, but he doesnt have the experience nor Jiraya’s skill level, thats what seperates Sasuke from Naruto.
Knowing all this, Naruto’s drive will win over, because the theme of the series is to never give up, especially on your dreams. Naruto has made a promise, and he has vowed to never back down on his word. Becoming a Hokage of the leaf is placing the lives and dreams of those lives entrusted to you before your own. Naruto would die before breaking his promise to Sakura. That includes saving his friend and shinobi brother Sasuke, even if it means saving Sasuke from himself.

i think sasuke’s MS is an Eternal Mangekyou because if you remeber from chapters past, sasuke showed that he had itachi’s MS when he looked at Madara’s sharingan.
also the hachibi is probably an octopus. so what if kishimoto used an aquatic animal twice, the ichibi and kyuubi are both dog like, if you dont believe me look up shukaku, its a dog of some sort
and pain’s new body being kushina just sounds dumb.
however i am interested in seeing what naruto is going to learn from the toads

I think this chapter rockz eggs, bacon ,and cheese! Has anyone noticed that the 8tails is sesative to light and he had like goggles over his eyes. This maybe a benefit in fighting sasuke if they fight in the dark. Think about it sasuke won’t be able to use his new ms or ems eyes. The other thing noticed is that the 8tails had atleast 4 tails out in the picture meaning he has a lot of control over the beast.(Remember naruto goes crazy with 4 of his 9tails out.I hope naruto learns more fuuton jutsus,my guess is water will be his 2 elemental recomposition, remember his mother is from the land of whirlpool(aka water)this would mean both of his elements would beat out sasukes elements, What cha thinkin yall

But… Kakuzu and Hidan also were killed. They haven’t found their rings yet. Hidan’s ring is probably underground with their remains as we speak. 😛

this chapter was so awesome. It might lead to a big showdown between madara and naruto and sasuke. Also the fifth movie seems like its going to be awesome it will tell where sasukes loyalites lie either with naruto or himself. (^_^)

Sasuke is working with Madara to destroy Konoha.
Sasuke= Team hawk
Madara= Akatsuki
Sasuke isn’t akatsuki but, he is working with them.

I’m pretty sure that that the left eye is for ninjustu and the right eye is for genjustu so it was correct for Sasuke to use his right eye forthat technique

On the side note:
Naruto should come back with a new outfit! I mean I’m getting tired seeing him with that orange jump suit. I’m hoping Kishi would change Naruto’s clothing looking more like Jiraiya’s unique outfit. Ahhh…. yea, that would kick ass.^_^

Oh and by the way , explain this, how would rins body stay that yound for that long and her hair is straight.And I doubt
rin knows Medical jutsu like Tsunade to keep her young especially at that age.

i think that there going to find some secret with pains body and because of that hidden leaf is going to at least make pain retreat until naruto is back
and wouldent this be a shocker if pain uses jiryas body for a new body and he probaly uses him to kill tsunade and fight naruto

look at all the other pain bodies. they all got a rain foreheadprotector too when they became a part of pain.
I think the newest body of pain is ectually nagato himself. his hairstyle and hair color may be different, but that happened to all of pains bodies. he wasn’t in the fight with jiraiya because he would take the risk of losing his life, and I guess when the ‘leader body dies, all the other bodies will too.

Finally Naruto will get strong.Sasuke is going to have a hardtime with the 8-tail.Even if naruto get strong i don’t think he will be able to beat pain and madara. Jyraya trained all his life and he couldn’t do it.i think that after Sasuke gets the 8-tail someone will tell him the real truth.The things that madara told him are a big lie.He will save naruto from pain.
During the training of Naruto i think he is going to reveal the powers that Itachi gave to him (maybe to control the kyubi)

Sasuke’s MS must be pretty powerful, considering the fact that he’s so calm about fighting a jinchuuriki. I think that Sasuke could still pwn Naruto even with sage training, because back while naruto was fighting Oro. he said that even with all of naruto’s power, he still couldn’t defeat sasuke. I know that sasuke doesn’t have the curse mark anymore, but the MS should more than make up for it.

i still dont see how the hyperbolic chamber is anything like naruto’s training. the only thing they have in commmon is training, both goku and naruto train. there are no other comparisons.
the problem with sasuke is he needs to get laid.simple. shikamaru should use his shawdow powers to make girls undress themselves..did u realise naruto could create his own threesome??, foursome, anysome he wants to please a chick.
