Why didn’t I see that coming?
August 8th, 2013 at 8:42 am
The small filler part wasn’t so bad. It came with a bit of unseen action.

@danny
Yeah, but that means they might make more filler segments in the coming weeks. And I want to get to the main action right nouw.

ok i didnt mind the fight scene between utakaka and pain but why not end it with that. I get the feeling we are gonna get more fillers depicting the capture of each one of them.

@Kiddy five
What is it with people calling other people kids online? And what is wrong with me wanting the anime only people to get to the good stuff instead of watching these new fillers. And I checked we are going to move along normally.
Don’t spoil it for the anime only people please.

They showed the fight between Utakata and Akatsuki we missed last time. Cool. Wish he released his Bijuu though. AOhwll. all good. 🙂
August 8th, 2013 at 7:38 pm
I didnt like how people think that utakata was weak and was defeated by few rockets. Now we see that he actually pulled up a nice fight and took down 2 of pains before he got captured
August 8th, 2013 at 7:40 pm
It’s going to really hard for the manga to stay ahead of the anime at this point. It’s moving pretty slowly. It’ll be interesting to see how these fillers go. It might not be too bad. I was curious to see how they’d handle Utakata v Naruto part 2. Makes sense.
August 8th, 2013 at 8:01 pm
@9 there is a 80+ chapter difference between the anime and the manga with 1 chapter per week and lets be nice here 3 chapters per epsiode per week it would take 116 weeks roughly for the anime to catch up to the manga (these are not exact but rough numbers) a little over two years before the anime catches up to the manga.
August 8th, 2013 at 8:01 pm
its not catching up anytime soon they can afford to move along.
August 8th, 2013 at 10:46 pm
@ 10/11
What do you consider “anytime soon”? It’s only been 3 episodes since they finished a block of filler, if I’m not mistaken, and they’re already filling canon episodes with flashbacks to previous fillers. I agree that there’s a buffer now, but I think they realize that’s going to get eaten up pretty quickly.
August 8th, 2013 at 10:48 pm
Anyway, I hope I’m wrong. It would be lame for them to water this war down too much with filler.
August 9th, 2013 at 7:51 am
I would like at least a 6 month to 1 year of straight cannon manga unless the filler is extremely good.
August 9th, 2013 at 8:51 am
@Narutoboy18
Considering next week is Jinchuuriki vs Jinchuuriki and the week after is Four tails: King of the Monkey sage. Then I am pretty sure there will be some time until the next filler episode. Will probably be new episodes on the list next week.
August 9th, 2013 at 9:58 am
This “filler” is actually welcome to me. Yes the flashback between utakata and the girl was not really needed but it was great to see Pain kick some bubble boy ass. Lets face it, someine needs to fill all the plot holes Kishi makes!
August 9th, 2013 at 10:29 am
I agree with Shard. I would like to know more about the other Jinchuuriki and how they got captured and what type of fight did they put up. We saw the two tail get captured by Hidan and Kakazu and then the lavadude was captured by Kisame alone. Garra and 3tails we know. The only ones left is the 5 tail and 7 tail.

Actualy its a good thing that they are showing how they all got captured it fills that question out. And at the same time going along with the manga i dont know what u guys are complaining about
