Ninjutsu normally require hand seals of some form. Kamaitachi - Cutting Whirlwind Character Use: Temari Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu developed by the Sand ninja Temari. Named after a mythical creature, Temari uses her fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with her chakra. When her opponent is caught in the wind, a tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target with the sickling winds. Kami Bunshin no Jutsu - Paper Clone Technique Character Use: Konan Rank: - Range: - Type: Supplementary Kami Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu used by Akatsuki member Konan. Using her ability to manipulate paper, she will form a clone made up of numerous sheets. Because it is made up of many lesser parts, the clone can disperse and reform without ending its existence. When her need for the clone ends, she can disperse the sheets and end the clone. Kamikaze - Hair Wind Character Use: Setsuna Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Special Note: Movie Four Only Fuuton Ninpou • Kamikaze is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Setsuna will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Wind chakra, which he will use to generate pillars of spinning wind. This wind can be used to help fan the flames of a Fire element attack. Kaminari Shibari - Thunder Binding Character Use: Kitane Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Special Note: Anime Only Raiton • Kaminari Shibari is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After launching his staff into the air, Kitane will form the needed hand seals and cause the staff to break into three equal pieces along its shaft. This tree smaller rods will then implant into the ground in a triangular shape around his opponent. These Raiton infused pierces will then create electrified fields between themselves to form a triangular shaped prison. The field can be penetrated by a more powerful Wind Element infused weapon. This weapon can then by used to cut through one of Kitane's staff pieces, which ends the jutsu. Kami no Shisha no Jutsu - Paper Person of God Technique Character Use: Konan Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Kami no Shisha no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu used by Akatsuki member Konan, which is known as her ultimate jutsu. Konan first creates a lake of six hundred billion explosive tags, enough to generate ten minutes of non-stop explosions. She will then lure her opponent near the body of water and using her ability to manipulate paper, she will split the sea of tags in two. These waves of tags will then rise above her target to prevent escape. Because of the sheer number of tags involved, there is little chance of escape. When she attempted to use this technique against Uchiha Madara, it failed only due to Madara's usage of the reality altering Izanagi. Kami Oroshi - Godly Wind from the Mountains Character Use: Setsuna Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Special Note: Movie Four Only Fuuton Ninpou • Kami Oroshi is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Setsuna will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Wind chakra, which he will use to generate a whirling vortex of wind which he can send snaking towards his target. This technique can be used in conjunction with Hibashiri to create a powerful fire and Tsuchi Kairou to contain and focus the explosive blaze. Kami Shuriken - Paper Shuriken Character Use: Konan Rank: D Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Kami Shuriken is a Ninjutsu used by Akatsuki member Konan. Using her high origami skills, Konan will form her paper into bird-like shapes. After throwing these at the target, they can fly through the air and cut through the victim. When she was younger, Konan required the use of a Fuuton technique to add "punch" to the thrown shuriken. After she advanced her skills, she appears to be able to launch them with enough deadly force by herself. Kamui - God's Majetsy Character Use: Hatake Kakashi Rank: - Note: Special Bloodline Technique Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack, Defense Kamui is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. To begin Kakashi forms a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion. Kanashibari no Jutsu - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique Character Use: Orochimaru, ANBU Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. Kangekiha - Inspiration Wave Character Use: Darui Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack, Defense Raiton • Kangekiha is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. Darui will first create a protective wall of water using his Suijinheki jutsu. He will then form the needed hand seal and emit a bolt of electricity into the water which will increase its defensive effectiveness and stun any targets who attempt to pass through. Kao Utsushi no Jutsu - Face Copy Technique Character Use: Kedouin Clan Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Special Note: Anime Only Kao Utsushi no Jutsu is secret technique unique to the Kedouin clan. This technique allows the clan member to take on the body of their target. The clan member must remain close to the one they want to copy for a short period of time. Their body will then shape and contort to resemble the target. The copy is said to be so good that even family members of the target can not tell they are a fake. The clan member will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately the clan member does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original limited skills. The clan members are skilled however, in taking on the mannerisms of the original and playing up the character traits of their target. The clan member must also provide clothing to match the original. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days. Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu - Crow Clone Technique Character Use: Uchiha Itachi Rank: C Range: - Type: Supplementary Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu used by Uchiha Itachi. This technique allows Itachi to create a clone composed of crows. The Itachi clone can disperse into multiple crows, which still maintain his consciousness. This allows him to speak and react while in crow form. Karyuudan - Fire Dragon Projectile Character Use: Third Hokage Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Special Note: Anime Only Katon • Karyuudan is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and create mud projectiles using the Doryuudan technique. The ninja will then blow a large flame to ignite the mud projectiles. Karyuu Endan - Fire Dragon Flame Projectile Character Use: Third Hokage Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Katon • Karyuu Endan is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow a large jet of fire from their mouth. Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Mist Waltz Technique Character Use: Fuuma Kagerou Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Special Note: Anime Only Katon • Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire. Katsuyu Dai Bunretsu - Slug Great Division Character Use: Katsuyu Rank: - Range: - Type: Supplementary Katsuyu Dai Bunretsu is a Ninjutsu utilized by the slug summon Katsuyu. Bunretsu allows Katsuyu to release a Bunshin type offspring from herself to do her bidding. She can also breakdown her whole body into multiple smaller divisions which she can use to escape harm. She can then have the smaller versions recombine to form her normal whole larger self. Kawara Shuriken - Roof Tile Shuriken Character Use: Third Hokage Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Special Note: Anime Only Kawara Shuriken is a Ninjutsu in which the ninja uses their chakra to levitate nearby roof shuriken. Once levitated, the tile are hurled towards the target similar to a shuriken. Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique Character Use: Basic Ninja Skill Rank: E Range: - Type: Supplementary Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Kazagumo no Jutsu - Wind Spiders Technique Character Use: Fuuma Jigumo Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Special Note: Anime Only Ninpou: Kazagumo no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu used by Jigumo. Using his spider familiars, he will send them all over the surrounding area to find and track his opponent. Kazekaeshi - Wind Return Character Use: Kujaku Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack, Defense Special Note: Anime Only Kazekaeshi is a Ninjutsu used by Shitenshounin member Kujaku. This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against Kujaku. Using her swords' ability to amplify her chakra and transform Wind, Kujaku will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex. She can then launch it back at the ninja who originally created it. Kazekiri - Wind Cutter Character Use: Kujaku Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defense Special Note: Anime Only Kazekiri is a Ninjutsu used by Shitenshounin member Kujaku. This technique is used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack launched against Kujaku. Using her swords' ability to amplify her chakra and transform Wind, Kujaku will split the incoming Wind attack and make it harmless. Kazekiri - Wind Cutter Character Use: Unnamed ANBU Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack Fuuton • Kazekiri no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed hand seal. A large slicing wind will then be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large summons. This will be the initial attack in an elemental trio used by the ANBU. It will be followed by Raiton • Shichuu Shibari to stun and trap the target and finally Doton • Otoshi Buta to imprison the summon in a gigantic sealed pot. Kaze no Yaiba - Sword of Wind Character Use: Baki Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Kaze no Yaiba is a Ninjutsu utilized by the Sand ninja Baki. After forming the needed hand seal, a cutting whirlwind will envelop his opponent and cut them to pieces. Unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty. Keijuugan no Jutsu - Light Rock Technique Character Use: Sandaime Tsuchikage Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Doton • Keijuugan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows Oonoki to decrease the weight of an object he touches. This can allow another ninja to then wield the much lighter object much faster and easier. In the case of Gaara, casting the jutsu on his gourd lightened the weight of the sand inside. Kekkai • Gama Hyourou - Barrier • Toad Gourd Prison Character Use: Jiraiya Rank: B Range: - Type: Supplementary Kekkai • Gama Hyourou is a Ninjutsu barrier technique. Jiraiya utilizes a gourd in the shape of a toad. Jiraiya has the ability to enter the gourd along with an opponent, who he can imprison within the gourd. The lake within the gourd acts like an acid, digesting anything swallowed by the toad. Kekkai Houjin - Barrier Method Battle Array Character Use: Sound Four Rank: B Range: - Type: Attack Kekkai Houjin is a high-level Ninjutsu trap technique. An array of explosive markers are jointly placed around the boundary of an area. If any opponent walks through the boundary, the seals will activate and explode. Kekkaimon Gofuu Jutsu • Hachimon Heijou - Barrier Gate Five Seal Technique • Eight Gate Lock-up Character Use: Fuen Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Details: Each of the gates are based on the Chinese cardinal direction animals: Azure Dragon, Vermillion Bird, White Tiger and Black Tortoise. Special Note: Anime Only Kekkaimon Gofuu Jutsu • Hachimon Heijou is a Ninjutsu barrier technique. First Fuen will draw out the designs of the village the barrier will surround to correctly place the barrier gates. Fuen will then perform the needed hand seals and then summon the four gates which will arise in each of the cardinal directions. A barrier will then extend between each gate, encasing the village within a defensive wall. If anything tries to pass through the barrier, it will be destroyed by a strong fire. The only way to pass through the barrier is with the usage of a special entrance charm. When the ninja who cast the jutsu is taken out, the gates will return to the earth and the barrier will end. Kekkai • Tengai Houjin - Barrier • Dome Method Formation Character Use: Jiraiya Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Kekkai • Tengai Houjin is a Ninjutsu barrier technique. After clacking his feet together, Jiraiya can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch his opponent, he will know their position immediately. Kengan no Jutsu - Fist Rock Technique Character Use: Kitsuchi, Oonoki Rank: - Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack, Supplementary Doton • Kengan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will encase their forearm in a hard rock. This rock glove will increase the power behind the user's punch. This jutsu can be used in conjunction with Chou Kajuugan no Jutsu to further increase the weight of the blow. Kesshou Gokakurou - Crystal Pentagon Prison Character Use: Guren Rank: - Note: Special Bloodline Technique Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack, Supplementary Special Note: Anime Only Shouton • Kesshou Gokakurou is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Crystal Element. Using her ability to create Shouton, Guren can encase a large number of enemies in inescapable crystal prisons. Because Shouton can crystalize any physical matter, any victim encased in the prison will have their body converted to crystal down to a cellular level. If the crystal should then shatter, the victim will do so as well. The only known way to avoid being crystallized while encased is to emit a continuous protective coating of chakra around of the body.
